Please read this Terms and Policy of Service, so that you won't be confused about my terms of service as an artist! Thank you."PAYMENTS"
Payment methods should be cleared up first before starting the commission so that we can avoid any misunderstandings later on in the progress of the work."REVISIONS"
Regarding revisions, this would be discussed beforehand and it depends on how the actual project creates difficulties for the client and the artist."DEADLINES AND DELIVERY"
Also discussed before starting the project. (Estimated time of delivery would be 2-3 weeks depending on the workload of the commission given.
If there's a problem regarding the artist's capability to finish the project on time he/she will get in touch with the client (1 week beforehand) that he/she can't or may not deliver in time of set date.
The artist will only deliver the finished work after receiving the full payment."RIGHTS"
The artist has the right to decline or refuse a request for commission if he/she doesn't feel comfortable working on it,
The artist has the right to post the commissioned work here and on his/her other social platforms.
The artist must be credited.
Do not use the artist's work in AI art programs.
Do not use the artist's work for NFTsDo not resell the commissioned work of the artist without his/her permission."REFUNDS"
The artist does not do a full refund when the commission or work has already started."COMMUNICATION"
Communication is a must! So the artist would be updating every once in a while, if he/she still hasn't made any progress he/she will tell the client and will tell when she can give an update to them.
